Shipping Policy
1.Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees and no surprises. Any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders are described in Section 6 below.
2.Where We Deliver
Our primary markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We also ship to a number of additional countries, including most of Europe (EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Available destinations are shown in the country selector and at checkout.
3.Where Your Order Ships From
Depending on the product and your delivery location, orders are dispatched from one of our international fulfillment warehouses, including warehouses in Asia. This allows us to offer free shipping worldwide. Please note that returns are shipped to the address provided with your return authorization; see our Return Policy for details.
4.Order Handling Time
- Processing window: orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Daily cut-off: orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are handled the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.
- Non-processing days: we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carriers, customs processing, and peak periods can occasionally cause delays. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
6.Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply depending on the destination country's regulations and the order value. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon import.
Cleaning tools note: Some countries restrict the import of certain products, such as battery-powered devices. It is the customer's responsibility to check their local import regulations before ordering, particularly for electric cleaning tools crossing international borders.
7.Shipping Method and Tracking
We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
8.Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, in line with our Return Policy.
- Lost orders: if tracking shows no movement or your order goes missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
- Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping fee.
9.Ordering Ahead
If you need your cleaning tools by a certain moment (such as a move-out clean, a deep clean before guests arrive, or a home inspection), we recommend ordering with enough lead time to account for shipping delays. We are not liable for missed appointments or events due to shipping delays outside our control.
